Solar power cost may be much lower then you might expect. You see, the problem is the upfront fee of solar panels and installation. On average these costs add up to around $30,000 for an American household. I know it looks like a lot right, but lets break this down a little bit to lower the solar power cost.
Tax incentives are available to support the spread of solar power and other renewable energy generation. In 2009 the government issued a federal tax incentive of 30% of the cost for renewable energy equipment.
